We use this information to personalize your experience, generate astrology-related content, display compatibility and reading results, remember your settings, and improve app functionality.

3. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage, improve features, and monitor app performance. Analytics events are limited to general feature usage and app interactions.

We do not collect names, email addresses, birth dates, birth times, dream text, uploaded images, coffee cup images, palm images, or other sensitive personal content through analytics events. Analytics data is used only to improve the service and monitor performance.

4. Advertising & Tracking

Evaluna may use Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads that let you earn free tokens. Watching ads is entirely optional and is never required to use the app.

To deliver these ads, AdMob may use device identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and — where permitted — personalized advertising.

On iOS, personalized tracking is controlled by Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. You will be asked whether to allow tracking before any ad is shown. You can deny tracking and still use every part of the app; you may simply see non-personalized ads instead.

5. Uploaded Images and User Content

Uploaded images for coffee reading, hand reading, face reading, and similar features are used only to generate the interpretation requested by you.

Images and user-submitted content are processed temporarily for the feature you choose and are not permanently stored unless you explicitly save them or request a saved result inside the app.

6. Data Storage

Account data such as your token balance, saved profiles, and readings is stored securely using Google Firebase. Some app data may also be stored locally on your device, including onboarding status, language preferences, notification settings, and reading-related preferences. This helps the app remember your choices between sessions.

7. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: open Profile → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile, token balance, readings, and authentication record. You may also remove locally stored app data by logging out or clearing app storage from your device settings.

8. Age Requirement

Evaluna is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under the age of 16 may not use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
